Word have the ability to determine how we act or think. Words formulate thought, thought formulate actions. The words we say are the results we get. I am learning that we are the products of our thoughts. Our mind creates material or chemistry in the human body. Theses actual brain chemicals correlate to memory, intelligence. One on the chemicals endorphin which is the body or brain natural pain killer. Endorphin is 3 times as powerful as morphine. Endorphin is the brain’s painkiller, and it is 3 times more potent than morphine. Your mind also creates serotonin a chemical that is directly correlated to feelings, appetite, sleep, muscle contraction, and some cognitive functions including memory and learning (http://en.wikipedia.org/?title=Serotonin). Dopamine, another chemical that is produced in the brain, is related to talking, excitement, the ability to experience pleasure and pain, movement, emotional response. Science teaches that all the chemical that are produced in the mind has a direct effect the affect our body process. So in fact we are products of our thoughts. So when the Bible teaches us in Probverbs 23:7 As a man thinks in his heart, so is he, Scientifically, that is the truth. A thought, scientifically can be consider matter. A thought both has mass and volume. Mass is the amount of material that makes up an object. Volume is that a thought takes up space.

I Can Do All Things
In the book of Phillipians 4:10-13, Paul utters theses words. I rejoice greatly in the Lord that at last you have renewed your concern for me. Indeed, you have been concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through him who gives me strength. I have often always used only part of this scripture to apply to my life. I used to use all the time that, I can do all things through Christ. However, this scripture is layered with different meanings. What Paul was saying, was regardless of the situation that he was fulfilled or felt at ease in any situation. With those feelings of being at peace, he was able to perform all things that was set before him. When I hear this scripture it is always used in the context of the things we do. This scripture is more than the things we do in life. This scripture also applies to the things that are done to us, problems and circumstances beyond our control. God gives us an advantage if we allow him to handle all of the events in our lives. He has that power. God that has the ability to control storms Mark 4:39-40. God also has the ability to establish and to create Genesis 1. Be encourage today that you can do all things through Christ.

Christian Innovation: Is it possible?
If you do the same thing over and over again you will get the same results. Even if you make the method faster, more efficient, and streamline, you will still get same results. The end results will be the same result but it happens faster, more efficient and streamlined. What bothers me is the lack of innovation among Christians. What does it mean to innovate? Well I did a Google search and this is what I have found. Innovate come from the word invent. This is what I found:

•Invention: the creation of something in the mind the term innovation means a new way of doing something. It may refer to incremental, radical, and revolutionary changes in thinking, products…

What are we doing as Christians that is innovative? Last week, I was looking at Sunday newspaper, in the back of the newspaper there was a listing of church advertisements. It was amazing that as I was looking at hundreds of churches, lead by different people, it all appeared that there was no distinct difference between any of them. These churches were claiming to provide something unique and different, some even using the word “New” in there identification (ex. New House of Prayer). It appeared that these churches all offered the same methods, some faster, some efficient, some a little more streamlined, but in reality it was the same method and product. I wonder if the world, in which Christian are supposed to save, are looking at Christians as an answer to problems that we face locally, nationally and internationally. We are faced with diverse tribulations unlike the world has never seen before. However, I believe Christians have not changed the methods of how we answer the call for help. Christianity is viewed more as insight than an answer. In Biblical days during desperate times the world leaders turned to people who followed God. Individuals who had divine innovation were called upon to solve the nation’s problems. Are Christians positioned to be instrumental in solving problems though innovation? We serve a God who controls time, therefore he is timeless. Therefore, we have the ability to innovate beyond this time, even to the point of being futuristic. Instead of playing catch up we should be the ones who are on the edge of new discoveries and revolutionary changes in thinking. God is called the creator; therefore we have the ability to create. Not find alternatives, like many Christians have done. Were we mimicking the things in the world and often times become a cheap version of the real thing. Like wanting and IPod Touch for Christmas but your parents buys a touch screen Mp3 player. It plays music like the IPod but it does not have the quality the attention to details as the IPod Touch. Are we the cheap knock-off to real issues?
Jesus said Matthew 24:37-44 (New International Version)
37As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.
42″Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
Noah gives insight into the innovation of God. He created an ark in an environment that never seen water. He had foresight into the things that was to come. It was because of him that we all live today. Regardless of the outcome Noah positioned himself as an answer. I encourage you to be innovative because lives depend on us.

Uniquely Me
There is a battle inside of me. I feel like I am torn between art, music, and creativity with the responsibility of ministry and community development. I just want to have an enjoyable life. Just like a bad dream, the burden of impacting the world calls me in the middle of the night. I desire to make a difference. My mind is constantly filled with questions. Will I continue to just have fun or will I get to the business of impacting the world? How can I combine these two? I think the issue is trying to balance myself. I like having fun, enjoying life, and being free to express myself. I am also faced with the responsibility of helping people. My mom said something profound she told me, that it is hard wanting to be average but knowing that God created you to be on center stage. That burden that you feel is purpose. I was reminded of people like Dr. Martin Luther King and President John F. Kennedy. These men lived during the same time and shared a burden to change the world. Is this what it feels like to want to organize a movement? Is this what it feels like to want impact the world? Is this what it feels like to organize the March on Washington? This burden is like an active volcano willing to erupt in any minute.
In late 2009 I made a decision that 2010 would be a year which I have decided to be. In 2010 I have risen from the ashes of yesterday and to proclaim that I am uniquely me. I will no longer live under a mask. That means merging my joy for life with the burden of trying to impact the world. That is why I moved my website from www.antoniolove.com to www.livelifeantoniolove.com I realized that all I can be is uniquely me to live my life and to share my burdens. My prayer is that I live a life that impacts the world each day. I have been created fearfully and wonderfully made. Therefore, the message is also wonderfully made. That means that my life is the message that is designed for only me to tell. This purpose of changing the world has been fashioned inside of me since I was born. I no longer fill the guilt of being who I am. I no longer feel the importance of living under expectations from people who might not understand me. As long as God understands me I am going to be okay. I will not apologize for being me.
We all have purpose inside of us. We all have a message. In 2010 let us all take off the mask and become all that God intended us to become. We all need to live our life in the wonderful. To discover the uniqueness of what God has created.

Don’t Judge Me
December 19, 2009 marked my first year anniversary of becoming a single dad. Who would have thought that this was to be my life. As a professional, we can be critical of other people who have children. For example, have you ever been at the mall where you see some poor woman trying to get her child to follow their directions. As the child uses the mall opportunity to perform their rendition of “ Disobedient in A minor.” You know the yelling at the top of their lungs “No I wanna Play” or the Screaming of “Your are Hurting me.” Before I was a parent, I would judgmentally state it that if it had had been my child that temper tantrum would not happen. Yes, it was me who laughed at friends behind their backs who had children on the teddy bear leash, the one that looks like a backpack but it attaches to a parents wrist. In the past 5 years I have learned the joys, laughter, pain, and frustration of being a parent. Parenting is the only job that does not come with a manual. It is the only responsibility that carries a life time contract, and it is guarantees to have a journey of a lifetime. It’s when you become a parent that the idea of the teddy bear leash become an ingenious idea. When you have children, having your 10 year old child sit in the stroller at the mall seems like a logical plan. Regardless, if their feet are touching the floor become a better plan than allowing them to walk throughout the store only to have to go to customer service to have them paged. As an educator by trade, I have been trained to work with students but nothing prepared me to work with my own. This blog is dedicated to sharing how I am learning to parent, work, run a company, and build my life. One concern I can say about parenting is that we do not want peoples sympathy but understanding. If you see me in the mall with my daughter and she is wearing a Princess and the Frog leash, just say hello and don’t laugh. If you do laugh because I am walking around with my child on a leash remember the words of a brilliant philosopher and poet 2pac, “Only God can Judge me, Baby, Baby !”
*Okay I admit she never wore a leash. It was a thought. Lol

Wow! Sing over Me.
I was totally overwhelmed this morning. I woke up late. I was rushing to get my daughter ready for school, only to have her miss the bus. Today had promised to be an exceptionally busy day, and nevertheless it just was not going extremely well. Not to mention I had to take her to school then, had meetings all day. I need to hear something that would encourage me. Have you ever experienced one of those moment where you sit in your car and feel like crying but can’t or the world is on your back and it will not let up. Then a scripture came back to my remembrance me as it is found in the book of Zephaniah 3:17-18 it states:
17 The LORD your God is with you,
he is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you,
he will quiet you with his love,
he will rejoice over you with singing.”
18 “The sorrows for the appointed feasts
I will remove from you;
they are a burden and a reproach to you. [c]
I was reminded that God sings over us. Then I remembered that when I was in a local singing group, the rule was to connect with the audience pick one person and sing to that person the whole night. Then I was filled with cheer because it was revealed that God has chosen me out of the crowd to sing to me. I am not woman, but I have seen women get overwhelmed with emotions when they are serenade by someone they love. Can you picture that someone is the Creator? Today was a day that I needed to know that God was paying attention to me that he was with me. That his eyes were on me and he was singing to me. What a beautiful though, what a gesture of love and compassion that our father wants to show us. So today remember that God is with you and he delights over you and he sings your song.

Antonio Love 2010:”The Year of the Phoenix”
The theme of Antonio Love this year is “The Year of the Phoenix.” Many people wonder why I have decided to use this as a theme for 2010. Well the phoenix is a sacred bird that never dies. The phoenix symbolically displays the ability to have a vision and to rise again. The phoenix at the end of its life builds a nest lays in it and ignites it on fire. The bird and the nest burn fiercely to ashes, after the smoke and the ashes clear a new phoenix arise. I am proclaiming that this year begins a new Antonio Love, I have the same mission but different vision.
Isaiah 43:18-19 (King James Version):
Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
There is something new that is hovering in the atmosphere of our lives a new destiny a new vision and a new life. As I have spent the last several months years talking with people. Many individuals’ lives have suffered severe loss, tragedy, and setback. The world is calling for the new, but to have the new, you must give up the old things. Like the phoenix, our lives burned into fiery ashes though situations and circumstances. People across the country and including myself, have seen the devastation of finances, marriages, and health. Like the phoenix, after the smoke clears and the ashes settle, the only creature that remains in the mist of the ashes is a new phoenix. The phoenix is a trademark of our power to begin again or the case of the phoenix rise again. The lesson that we have learned and the lesson that we are learning allows us to become invincible in our journey through life. My mom always taught me that how you live today affects your legacy. In reality I believe how you rise to fulfill purpose makes you immortal giving you the ability to live in the lives of future generations.
This year I have committed myself to rise again, to live in the new. 2010 you will see a different Antonio Love, for the phoenix has arisen.

I am Who I am
I am who I am. That is a powerful statement. Even the esteemed creator calls himself the Great I Am. I am who I am is also is Ehyeh asher ehyeh in which translates to “I-shall-be that I-shall-be.” What God is saying is I am all That I shall be. He does not have to change because he is true. In the life of a person with imperfections there is a position were they can also can be in a position of full self confidence. The epitome of all that they are created to be. Individuals will never be perfect, but they can be in the process of perfecting the person that they are created to be. They have the ability to recognize their identity, to have a mission to complete themselves. An individual’s ability to put in a position where a person can say I know who I am. I am all that I am, that they I have the ability to stand before people to demonstrate the significance of what God created. Confident in having the ability to realize that I am the best me I can be. That they are rare and wonderfully made. That their journey here on this planet is for them and them alone. That life is not just a chance, but it has an infinite purposes. I shall be is a statement of fact. It is a declaration of knowing that it is about walking in the power of the uniqueness of being yourself.

We are the Voice of Hope
We are the voice of hope.Hope is the message that needs to permeates the airwaves in the lives of people that have faced hardships. People across this nation are facing some very difficult times. Many individuals have suffered great loss. Many of us have lost loved ones, employment, housing, and in some cases hope. The reality is that hope does not linger in the hall of government but it rest in the hearts of people. People who are willing to recognize that true success is not money but making this world a better place. That little acts of kindness have more of an internal purpose than merely living. I realized that life is a Journey that is granted to people as a gift. Not just to have physical possessions but to invest in something that has an internally legacy, of what Author Cheryl Perkins would say, a living legacy. My works or little acts of kindness are so much greater than the now but in the hereafter. As a teacher, my former students never really remembers any of my lessons they always remembered what I stood for. The little acts of kindness getting to know them not as students but human that also share in this kinship called humanity. How are we the voice of Hope? The answer is in peoples ability to share in a world that see sharing as charity not as being part of a human family. As we share Hope with each other we also share the same voice, because we are the voice of hope. Don’t you agree that you are the voice of hope?

Sowing and reaping is not just a Christian doctrine. It is a global truth that exist. Hinduism and Buddhism call it karma. Christians call it sowing and reaping. The intention is that a sower or a person would apply seeds all over the ground, in return those seeds are to generate a crop. The aim is whatever a person sows that is what they harvest or simply they get what they deserve. This is not on in this life it also effects their life in the thereafter. I decided to initiate a seed of hope, in return for the gaining a crop of hope. I call this the Hope Project. A person means to obtain a blessing has a direct impact into what they sow. The gripping facet to sowing is that whatever seed that a person sows it always becomes multiplied. A sower never plants one seed to get one piece of fruit. The sower expects a multiplication of what seed sowed. For example, my grandfather has a small garden. Every year since I was little he has always planted tomato seeds. When my grandfather plants a tomato seed he does not expect to receive one tomato. If his expectation is only to receive one tomatoes he would be better off going to the store because my grandfather labor would have been in vain. He expects to have several tomatoes all from one seed, my grandfather plants with the expectation of multiplication. The power of sowing and reaping is found in the phenomena of multiplication when one seed can create an entire plant with multiple fruit growing at different rates.
On August 14, 2009, the release of the book, The Hope Project, is so vital to the current economic issues in America. It is pertinent to people who need a little karma in their life. It is also an immense opportunity for those who participate in the experiment. I am taking the lead to sow a seed of hope. I am taking both my time and talent and planting it into a whole world that is full of possibilities. I have high expectations like my grandfather expecting to develop an orchard of blessings. I am also taking that same seed of hope and putting it into the hands of countless sowers. Then, I am asking them to discover that same seed, and plant it into the sphere of possibilities. Is there a catch? The answer is certainly, the catch is the expectation of receiving multiplication. On August 14, 2009 when people begin to disseminate that seed, they need to begin to expect the multiplication of goodness into their life. If a person needs hope in their lives, then that individual needs to spread hope. I needed hope in my life, so I decided to engender hope. I am asking people across the country to take hope and give it out, sow with the expectation of reaping a harvest of karma like never before.

Hope We Can Believe In
He spent over 20 years on his job, only to have a pink slip handed to him at the end of the day. He always had been on time for work. His annual evaluation had always ranked him as being brilliant employee. That level of duty and dedication to the company could not stop him from losing his career He was an engineer and went to school. He was always taught that a degree from school would always insure that he would have a job. At the age of 44, with the end of the company and a loss of one-hundred thousand in income, he finds himself without a job, career, and finical stability. He needs hope. It almost seems that this is the story of many hard working Americans. People are facing some of the toughest times probably since the 1930’s. Across the country the story seems to be the same, people are struggling. They need help and a since of hope. I think that I have the answer. I think that through a method of giving hope away we will begin to see s seismic shift in their lives, family, community, and country. I call this the Hope Project. In November of 2008, I began toying with this notion of giving hope away. What would happen if people would learn how to give, not just money, but time, and expertise? That individuals across the world started a trend in which we all shared each other’s burden. That we as a human race started giving hope to each other. This Hope Project is an experiment to see if the lives of people can be changed through the process of giving away hope. I have decided to provide both my life and talent first. I have written a book entitled The Hope Project, this book is totally free to any person who downloads the book or reads it electronically (Does Not Include Kindle). This book retails in paperback 15.99. My aim is to see if a person or a company can change if they were able to give Hope away. This provocative book, Hope, I am challenging people to take the book and pass it on – giving Hope away. In this book, I share with him or her a the 10 rules of hope. The goal is straightforward – to reach over a million people with his message of hope. So on August 14,2009 I am asking individuals to connect your faith with me as we reach over a million people with this message of Hope. Lastly, I am also asking people to join my facebook group and my online community. The Empowering Life Movement we are asking for 1 million people to make a commitment to be the change that the world needs.

Tae-Bo, Lighting, and Prayer (Part I)
It was 2 a.m. I was not getting much sleep. I had to share a bed with my four year old daughter as we were visiting my parents. If you have children you know my situation. It is as if God teaches Tae-bo classes to little kids in their sleep. I was kicked and punched the entire night. As soon as the class ended and she settled into her deep sleep a storm came rolling in. The only thing I could think was I am never going to get any sleep. So at 2 am I was laying in bed meditating and I learned about prayer. I learned that the simplicity of having a conversation with God is one of the most powerful tools in the world.
As I was in the bed watching my little girl just sleep jealous because she was doing something that I wanted to do. She began to showing signs that she feels protected as she nestles her head into my chest with a smile of contentment. She had no worries. I realize that children don’t think about bills needed to be paid, they have limited understanding of the problems that we as adult have. They just rest in arms of the one who was designed to protect them. As I sat looking at her I realized the wonderful relationship that a child has for their parents. At a wonderful age of 34 I still look at my parents with that same look, I may have my own home, job, and business, but sometimes there is nothing like coming home to the people that were designed to protect you. When things get a little difficult going back home and are refreshing. It is kind of like my daughter crawling in my lap and going to sleep. Parents are like god, when you are in there presence nothing really matters other than love. That is why parents should not expose children to adult problems. It robs them from their child like innocents and it distorts their faith and hope.
There I was 2am not being able to sleep then all of sudden at storm came rumbling in. The only thing I could think of was I was never going to get any sleep. As the storm became louder my daughter facial expression changed. She became uncomfortable, as the lighting flashed and the loud sounds of a tree being hit by lighting my daughter woke up looked at me and said, “Daddy I am scared,” then she held on to me tighter an went back to sleep. After she told me she was scared she acted like it never happened. That was the nature of prayer, give your issues away and act like it never happened.
I finally understood prayer and how the God wants us to view him. In my daughters mind I was God I was all seeing, knowing, and powerful. When her life became difficult she went to the one she knew could protect her. Once she made her request she left it alone. Her faith and hope was left in the hands of the one which she felt should deal with it. When she made her request for protection in her mind the issue was settled, she was going to be protected. Is that not the nature of prayer? Is it not making a request to God? Is it not leaving it in the hands of the one that sees, knows, and control all things?
Then I realized that we as adults don’t prayer like children. We think that it is our prayer that gets us the things that we want. That is the reason why we attempt to be so perfect in our prayers. Like we are trying to impress God a being that sees and knows all things. My daughter is four when she is the most eloquent that is when she is trying to manipulate me. She gets this little sparkle in her eyes and tilts her head and smiles. She put on a show for daddy. How a many of us try to put on a show for God? Even though he may grant us some of our prayers do you really think he is impressed with us? Prayers are a matter of the heart not words. Sometimes we may not know what to say, like a child our vocabulary is limited. So our prayers may be found in the word help. It can be displayed as our hands our lifted with tears strolling down our face. During the storms God knows. Like I knew that before my daughter arose I needed to be there for her.
I learned that prayer was not about being correct or long it was about a relationship that was built on faith and hope. It was about making a request to the one that control the universe. It was about making that request and letting it lay in the chest of the one who can handle it.
I have expressed that in the next 90 days or so I will be sharing with you about a movement. This is a movement that is based on people that is willing to share. These blogs are a part of this movement and I ask that you share them with everyone.

This Time it is Different
This time last year I decided that I was going to take my workout to another level. As you can see my efforts to convey my message became distorted by my lack of discipline. It was not as if I did not attempt but the cares of life took me away from what I had planned to do. As a historical note 2008 was a hell of a year for me it was as if I had lost everything. I had suffered a major career scandal, lost love ones, and a failing relationships. It was as if my whole world was being turned inside out. It appeared that something was trying to destroy me every moment of my life. As I entered into 2009 I believed that this time of my life was going to be different. I really felt in my heart that this was going to be a rebuilding year. My life had destroyed and what was solid in my life was the only thing that remained. It reminded me of Matthew 7:24-27, Jesus says “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who build his house on the sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
It was as if anything that I did not build solid was gone as soon as the storm came. I was like Katrina Victims, I was considered a refugee in my own land. There was a blessing in the storm for me. I was allowed to see that which was solid was solid and that which is sand was sand. It was like an old archeological dig the wind caused me to discover me. I was able to see the me that had been covered for years. The dreams and the passion that I once had came back to life. I think I had no choice I had nothing left. I think when you are comfortable and you make a certain amount of money you forget purpose of why you where created. Bachelors degree, Graduate degrees, Specialist degree can sometimes be the biggest deception in a person life, it can sometimes rob you of innovation. It causes you to trust the system and we are all finding out the system is changing. The things becomes your God and you can no longer hear your destiny speaking.
This time it is going to be different. Purpose is knocking on my door and I have answered. In the next 90 days there will be some exciting things that I will be sharing with friends and family. I have a project that I am working on that I am really excited about. It aligns with my reason for being born. If you are reading this I am going to ask that you pray for me that this time of my life it would be different and as I share with you parts of my project that you join in the movement.
A few week ago through facebook, I was able to find a friend that I had not spoken to in years. Just like a archeological dig this friend was able to brush off more sand off of me. He reminded me that I had a grassroots nature. He has no clue that for months I have been pondering a grassroots movement.
So in the next 90 days some of the things you will see from me. I will be doing more life style changing to discipline myself to handle this new grassroots movement. This includes more exercise, better eating habits and more praying and mediation. I also will be spending more time connecting with people though blogging and online journals. I ask that as I share you share back because this movement will not be possible without the help of people.

What is discipline?
To discipline thus means to instruct a person or animal to follow a particular code of conduct, or to adhere to a certain “order.” Consequently, “in the field of child development, discipline refers to methods of modeling character and of teaching self-control and acceptable behavior.”[
Self-discipline refers to the training that one gives one’s self to accomplish a certain task or to adopt a particular pattern of behavior, even though one would really rather be doing something else.
Self-discipline is to some extent a substitute for motivation, when one uses reason to determine a best course of action that opposes one’s desires.
Those are not my words but the word defined by the Wikipedia, as it relates to discipline. What does that means to us? Personally me it means not eating a bag of Gummies when I should eat a salad. It my conscious decision to sleep when I should be working out. It is checking my MySpace page when I should be working on my next book. I have learned that every level of success requires another level of discipline or self sacrifice. What are you willing to sacrifice to get to your next level.

Running To Become The New Me
I have decided as apart of my new training regime to add running into my new system of personal self development. In a article by shapefit.com the author state that running is the cheapest form of cardio. Why? You only need a pair of shoes. I think personally running is more of a challenge of me than any form of cardio other than swimming. It feel more of a total body workout. Running is not only physical but it is also mental. In high school I was a sprinter so I have always had a love for running. However running for distant is like competing in a war. You have to have a strategic plan, you have to have the ability to bypass your body naturally willingness to give up. I have only decided to run a minimum of 15-18 miles a week. Which is about 3 miles every day that I workout. It is a challenge 3 miles is a long time to think about why you as an individual are running and you have more than ample time to give up. I have been learning that there is a place that a runner mentally goes to compete in long distant races. My experiences has been that is mental place is the same place where individual success lives within the brain. To run miles you have to almost visualize and train your mind to believe you can complete you goal. That is a lot like life. That is the key to having goals and ambitions. In life you have to believe that you can achieve anything. Everyday I have to believe that I write best selling books, even though sales are slow. I have to mentally think that I am the social mogul of the 21st Century that I am the new breed of Social Businessmen. It is that mental ability that has begun to draw the entire universe to aid me into fulfilling that vision. When I started running today by the time I go to .5 miles I wanted to give up and go to the elliptical trainer. I kept saying to my self just one more minute. Then all of a sudden I hit the 1 mile mark. Then my body was in the groove until I ran another .25 miles. Then my thinking began to compromise. You already ran a mile. However I kept saying I need to get 3 miles, then all of a sudden my body began to drawn upon my inner strength and it was almost the wonders of the universe took over and the funniest thing that happened is that the last 1.5 miles was actually easier then the first mile I ran. Is that not a life lesson that starting something is harder than actually completing the journey? The things You Learn Watching Saturday Kung-Fu
Today was interesting. I had a conversation with a dear friend about journey. I was a student and this brother became my teacher. I felt like I was in the old Kung-Fu theater movies, “Mater Teach Me the Ways of the Universe.” But what he spoke was like a pearl of truth. He said that this is your life Journey. This is a Journey that will forever change your life, enjoy the journey. Have fun in the moment. Regardless of the mistakes that you make, enjoy it because many people have refused to even start their personal journey. So I felt encourage, to continue my journey, but to also enjoy it because this season belongs to me. This is my journey. I have no clue as to what is at the end of this journey but I am confident that regardless of what is at the end is also the start of another journey. Or I just spent to much time as a little kid watching Kung-Fu.
