I Write
She said that I would never learn to read. That I might as well just pick up a trade. I needed to use my hands. Those were the words of my 1st grade teachers. Yesterday, a person posted the reason why they write. I am inspired to write the reason why I write. The following paragraph is the reasons why I write. I hope they encourage people to write as well.
I write because I was never supposed to do it. God decided to chose what is nonsense in the world to make the wise feel ashamed. God chose what is weak in the world to make the strong feel ashamed. This is my miracle. I was just foolish enough to write and with over 6 books publish I have been a foolish thing in the world to make the wise ashamed. Owning my own publishing company and publishing other people books, I have used my weakness to make the strong ashamed. I am a living testimony of what God can do if people allow him to work miracles. The Great Grandson of a Mississippi maid, I write. Son of teenage parents, I write. Educator, Activist, Artist, I write. For people in desolate places, I write. Thouse who need miracles, I write. To Tell My story, I write. To inspire the weak, I write. To live, I write. To love, I write. To be Free, I write. To be me, I write.
